Preventive and monitoring checklists provided for occupational hazards. Both usage and time frequencies are formatted. Graph Trends and exceeded limits with email alerts. Where there are incidents and injuries pie charts are formed to drive corrective action improvements to be addressed by the checklists. The injury records feed directly into OSHA required reports, including a DART OSHA format, which measures the Occupational Health and Safety Status for any period. This can be used creatively to replace centralized MSDS sheets with a location based bar code at the point of use, with the specific safety information, as is required.
Environmental Safety ISO 14000
Preventive and monitoring checklists provided for environmental hazards. Both usage and time frequencies are formatted. Graph Trends and exceeded limits with email alerts. Corrective Actions are in a Maintenance Management work order format. These corrective actions are analyzed via pie charts to determine improvement opportunities for any period of corrective action activity.
HACCP/Food Safety ISO 22000 #
Preventive and monitoring checklists provided for Critical Control Point hazards. Both usage and time frequencies are formatted. Graph Trends and exceeded limits with email alerts. Corrective Actions are in a Maintenance Management work order format. These corrective actions are analyzed via pie charts to determine improvement opportunities for any period of corrective action activity.

These are embedded in the Corrective Actions to create electronic permits. Electronic permits on the handheld provide control on several levels re access to the work only when permit is completed and on closure of the electronic work order, then informs that it is safe to turn on the hazardous energy.
